Where we ship

We currently ship to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Delivery time

Orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. You receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, when available, a tracking link.

Pre-orders

When a product is sold as a pre-order, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Your order ships as soon as the product is in stock.

Damaged or missing parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, email us at hello@1scpd.com with your order number. We will look into it and send a replacement or refund where needed.
