Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last parcel.

How to return

Sign in to your account on 1scpd.com, open the order and choose Request return. You can also email hello@1scpd.com with your order number, or use the withdrawal form below. We confirm your request and send you the return address. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us you want to return them.

What can be returned

Products can be returned when they are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, a pouch that has been opened or whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights when a product is defective or not as described.

Refund

We refund the amount you paid, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the products back or you have shown proof that you sent them. The refund is made with the same payment method you used. The cost of sending the products back is paid by you.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If something arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email hello@1scpd.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it, including the return costs.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Sign in to your account or email hello@1scpd.com.
